Grupo Pacifico will not accept registrations by phone or fax. Registration must be done filling an individual online registration form. Attendants will receive automatically a registration request after completing the form. If not received, please contact with the Technical Secretariat Grupo PACIFICO at:
For early bird registrations, payment should be completed before the defined deadline; otherwise, the registration fee will be updated to the current one.
Membership to an associated EuCheMS society or to SECyTA will be checked. If not confirmed, the attendant will be requested to pay the registration difference amount.
Full payments are required before the conference, except for on-site registrations. A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after the payment is received. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.
All payments must be made in Euros. Please find as follow the available payment methods:
- Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
- Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically by e-mail. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option only will be available until July 8th, 2025.
- In the eventual case that a pending registration amount exists, it must be paid at the Technical Secretariat during the documentation delivery. In case a bank transfer payment has not been received, the attendant will be requested to bring an advice bank slip. Otherwise, payment of the pending amount will be requested.

- Cancellations received up to May 29th, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
- No refund will be made for cancellations received after May 30th, 2025, or registered participants who fail to attend.
- No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
The official gala dinner of the congress will take place in El Xalet de Montjuïc, a restaurant with a privileged location where the guests will savor Mediterranean dishes with Barcelona at their feet. We are looking forward for the congress’ attendees to enjoy this gastronomic experience with Barcelona’s skyline in the background.
